We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist. Having minimum 1 year of experience.
Duties-
- 1.Handling end to end HR activities
- 2.Recruitment and Hiring.
- 3.Onboarding and orientation
- 4.Training and Development.
- 5.Policy making and enforcement
- 6.Grievance redressal
- 7.Payroll, attendance and leaves administration
- 8.Employer-Employee Relations.
- 9.Maintain Company Culture.
- 10.Disciplinary and remedying actionsManage Employee Benefits.
Required Skills And Abilities-
- 1.Good Written Communication.
- 2.Sympathetic Attitude, Quick Decisions, Integrity, Patience, Formal Authority, Leadership, and Good Communication Skills.
- 2.Good to Have: Computer & Internet Knowledge.
Education-
- Master’s degree/Bachelor's degree from accredited university
Experience-
- 6 months to 2 years’ experience in Business Development.
