We are looking for a HR (Human Resources). Having a minimum of 1 year of experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Taking care of the company internal recruitment needs.
2. Manage the recruitment and selection process.
3. Design and update job descriptions for upcoming hiring needs.
4. Source potential candidates from various online channels.
5. Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
6. Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
7. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
8. Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
9. Orients new employees by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company policies; gathering withholding and other payroll information; explaining and obtaining signatures for benefit programs.
10. Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Desired Qualifications-
· Minimum 6 month experience as a HR administrator
· Understanding various HR software systems
· Computer literate with programmes such as word, excel, etc.
· Organizational skills and ability to priorities
· Excellent Interpersonal and communicative skills
